CERTIFIED CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT

WHMA A-620 AND ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
We fully adopt WHMA’s A-620 standard as a global benchmark for the processing of electronic components by certifying all our employees as A-620 Trainers or Specialists and using the descriptive guidelines of the A-620-Standard in every step of the manufacturing process. Furthermore, our integrated quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001 and monitored annually by external certification institutes.
ADVANCED TESTING METHODS
To verify the production process of coaxial cables or antennas quickly, reliably and with high accuracy, we utilize a spectrum analyzer by Keyence to visualize and measure field strength, attenuation and possible hidden faults inside the cable. To ensure the reliability and performance of wire harnesses and custom cable assemblies we rely on electrical continuity analysis, including high-voltage tests.
RELIABLE CRIMPING EVALUATION
Each crimping machine is equipped with an automatic crimp monitoring and adjusted before each production series, according to our transition resistance and pull force measurements and a micrograph analysis to ensure an optimal and reliable crimping process. A cross-section laboratory allows the depiction and investigation of the deformation of crimped wires.
PROCESS MONITORING AND EVALUATION
All relevant production processes are monitored by defined quality characteristics. Before each series production, the individual process steps are evaluated based on risk characteristics and all utilized equipment is evaluated, based on its machine and process capability. Documented sample inspection reports are used to verify the capability of all production processes involved and detect deviations and wear early.
